Description
A rich, delicious, moist chocolate cake that does not include any flour in the recipe (though cross contamination is always possible, for those folks who have to be strict about their gluten-freeness). It is topped with raspberry jam and large chocolate shavings. This is a miniature version of a larger item that we sometimes serve for passover, meant to serve 1-2 people.
