The Galette des Rois, the King's Cake, is a frangipane tart made with buttery puff pastry and is made throughout France to celebrate Epiphany. Traditionally, a trinket known as a 'fève' is hidden inside the galette des rois and the person who finds the trinket in their slice is the king or queen for the day! Our fèves are ceramic, so watch out for your teeth. 

We will have these treats available for pre-order on Sunday, January 4 & Monday January 5 this year.  

Ingredients: AP flour, lemon juice, butter, salt, almond flour, butter, eggs, sugar, almond extract, rum
